        The worst experience I've ever had.

        Pacific Boat Center sold us a new boat with an electrical defect. They had the boat for 40 of the first 60 days of our ownership and could not find the problem; we finally solved the problem by finding another repair shop and having the manufacturer pay the warranty costs. They also failed to return an excess payment for license fees, and only returned them when I threatened to report them to CA Dept. of Motor Vehicles .
