No huge crowds after work or waiting on equipment. Make an appt and you can get a great workout in 30 minutes. Joa works within your goals and any injuries or limitations you may have to get the best results! Great combination of weights and cardio circuits as well. Been going here for 2+ years now.

I love Eli's! It is so clean and packed with the latest equipment. Everyone is warm and friendly. Joao is a great motivator and encourager. My 3 teenagers love him! I really like the Saturday morning Bootcamp-style workout because all ages and fitness levels can workout together. It is truly a unique place---much better than the impersonal chain-fitness places.

I love this place! It's immaculately clean (which is abnormal for a gym) and the owners, trainers & other clients are friendly & welcoming.
