LabCorp

I had an appointment on Wednesday July 6 but when I arrived, the parking lot was roped off, there was not a car in sight and the building was obviously being renovated. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE SIGN OR INDICATION THAT I WAS TO USE A BACK ENTRANCE --- OF WHICH I WASN'T EVEN AWARE! I drove all the way to the Neptune location (where I was given this information!) but I had forgotten my doctor's Rx (mY fault, not yours) and I left without having my lab test.

WHOEVER WAS IN CHARGE OF COMMUNICATING THIS INFORMATION IN OCEAN FAILED MISERABLY. And I was and am very unhappy about this situation.
