Eliminex Pest Control

I called this this company to take care of a bird problem I had in my attic. They came and filled a gap in between my attic soffit and the wall. They filled it with some mesh and foamed it over. ( A quick and easy fix) Well the birds got through that and they are back. I called to have them come back out and fix it. They said that they do not guarantee their work (which was only completed 4 weeks prior). They quoted me an additional $120 to correct their crappy work.



The best part about it is that the worker told me "yea I thought they might get through that” Unbelievable. Would not offer a refund, Would not fix their crappy work, Do not grantee their work. This company is SHADDY. I asked them what would happen if this second fix didn't work?? He didn't answer but I am assuming it would cost me more money. Why not do the work right the first time??? Then I would have been happy giving them a great review.



I have nothing to gain by this review. I hope I can help someone who is thinking about using this company. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!

Everyone is polite and professional. Anytime I have a question about a service I’ve received, it is always answered and explained so that it is understandable. In the past if a bait station was missed, all it would take is a call to have someone come out and reinspect all of them. Flags were even provided by Eliminex to make sure the techs could more easily locate some stations behind bushes.
