Orthopaedic Surgeons of Oak Ridge

I have never been treated as poorly by any doctor as I was today, by Charles D. Benson. He explained nothing to me, just began talking as if I already knew what was wrong. I found out I have arthritis by him telling his nurse,or assistant, that came in with him. I was given no explanation, nor were treatment options clearly discussed. I will not be going back. I expect a certain amount of respect from any professional, and I recieved no such care or help from this one. I was talked down to, and dismissed as an idiot. Can't speak for the other doctors, but Dr. Benson needs a new bedside manner.
