Hired by my condo association to repair intercom system. Repair not made because repair person called in sick. What company would not have a plan to replace a sick employee? Very poor customer service.

Very Bad Service. I was first suppose to get a proposal emailed to me a couple of day after they came out to look at my system. I called to follow up and was told I would get it by the weekend. It never happened. I finally called a week later to follow up on the proposal and Peter the owner said he was sorry it was on his desk could send a picture of it to me in a text message. I explained that this was my business and I would still need a hard copy or email. After that Peter took a picture of the proposal and e mailed it to me.

I then scheduled an appointment over a week in the future to give the tenants notice that we would have work done on the intercom system and change all of the stations in the apartments. I called the day before the appointment to confirm the time and I was told they had another job come up and had to push mine back. I explained that this involved all of my tenants and I scheduled time off of work to get this completed over a week in advance. Not only did Peter not care he said oh well we will just have to reschedule. If I had not called the day before I guess they would have had me waiting and not shown up. I have never dealt with any company so unprofessional....I guess I should have known better since the tech/owner who came out for the estimate was barely 21 years old. Do not use!!!

Great service! From Orland area. The gentleman who did service on my apartment intercom was very nice and professional. Made sure the problem was fixed and came back to see if it was still working a week or so later! Would give Crystal a 10/10!
