        I've purchased two new Amana air conditioning window units from Simon Fashi at Art of Heating and Cooling one year ago in 2013. One unit recently was not blowing out cool air and I've notified him several times to repair it. He scheduled an appointment and no showed and didn't even call to say he wasn't coming. Finally, when he visited I found out the condenser coil was leaking on a one year unit. He was gonna charge me $400 for labor with parts warrantied, however he worked it out with the Amana wholesale dealer to expense all the parts on my damaged unit to resell it reconditioned to someone else and get me a brand new AC for only $200. Hopefully, this unit will last.
