Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant

. i recently heard that the oak grove location deliverd so i thought i would give it a try. i called the restraunt at 2:30pm and asked to order for delivery, the women told me to call back in 10 min because her driver was not there. i called back at 3pm and orderd the super chimi chonga, and pollo with grilled onions and bell peppers in a cheese sauce and bean dip like i always do .... i asked for jalapinos instead of bell peppers and extra cheese sauce. the woman told me it was being prepaired and would be on its way shortly. i then called back at 4:45pm to see why i had not gotten my food, she replied that the driver had just left and would be there shortly so i hung up and waited. i then called back at 5:25pm and she informed me that the driver was on her way still, (it takes 20 min to get from the restraunt to my house i know) so i thought i would give her one more chance, i hung up and continued to wait. the food arived at 5:45, when i opend the bag the containers were crushed, the bean dip was all over oozing out of the bag, instead of giving me jalapinos, i got tamatos and beel peppers no jalipinos, the salsa was also all over the back. it was horrible, i called to inform the manager and asked for a simple re do she was rude to me so i said i wanted a re fund and i will give her the bag of food back, she said the driver would return my money and take the food, almost 2 hours later i called to see when i would get my money and the female on the phone said that i would get it when they brought it to me and hung up.. i will not be returning to the restraunt and i will be telling all the military familys not to eat at that location but to go to pancho villa down the road it has better foo and better survice!

I order for delivery b/c i love mexican but its hard to eat out with the kids and ive ordered atleast 4 times in the last few months and the food is ok ive had better mexican but in the area thids is the best for me out of 4 of 5 ive tried, i however do not like being put on hold everytime i call and once the hostess was just socializing with other employees as u can hear her talking, once my food was ok but alittle cold another time they forgot the tortilla part of my quesidilla, once the food was brought fast and great and everything but then tonight the person who took my order put down the wrong thing after i specifically told her exactly what i wanted and then told her my hubbys order and she said oh yeah ok and then it was wrong also, i called to have it corrected and they had me pay the difference for their mistake and we are still waiting on our fixed order for over 15 min now so our original food is cold.
