This particular office charges for two sets of x rays when a cleaning is perform, knowing insurance companies only pays for 1 set and they will not inform you that you will get charge extra. This company deserves to be put out of business for illegally taking customers money just for profit.

Made an appointment for a cleaning. Went in and the first thing the dental assistant did was to polish my teeth. I have been to many dentists over the years and know that polishing is the last thing they do. This should have been a red flag. Then she took x-rays and the dentist came in and told me I needed some extra work done, which I am aware of. I explained that I wanted to think about the work, but wanted a general cleaning done which was why I was there. They refused, saying that I MUST have the other work done first. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and just had one done a few months prior without any problem. This was a complete waste of my time. This place is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Awful, awful, awful! First they screwed up my bonding and I had to ask for them to fix it. They got water all over my face! The girl who was holding the water acted like she could care less. My gums were bleeding, because the dentist kept hitting my gums with the drill! When I was unpleased with the work and asked for them to fix it, the girls basically threw the tools back on the tray with their bare hands!!!!! Then they huffed and puffed like I was inconveniencing them! At the time of check out, the front desk provided with me with a total way above my quote. Granted it was the next year, but it was way over. Once she put in my correct insurance coverage, the price came down over $100. How convenient! So, I am finally out the office.......next day part of my bonding comes off my tooth. Ugh!!! I have since found a new dentist. I will never, ever go there again and would suggest no one go there either. They are rude, do a horrible job and try to overcharge you. I should have known better!

Worst dental appointment ever....

Worst dental appointment ever.

At the time of the visit, the use of the word “nerve treatment” verses “root canal” as well as the great sense of urgency for the procedures confused and dazed me. I felt I had no other options but to agree to the treatments immediately. I spent 7 hours in the dental chair and was asked if they could do more. Due to the urgency of the procedures the office said I required, it did not enable me to get a second opinion or compare charges. I was expecting an initial visit, which my insurance does cover with a $25 copay. I did not recieve those services (comprehensive exam, cleaning etc.) and was charged more than the copay.

Stay away from this place. The charges are excessive and they suggest and almost force additional procedures that are not required.
