This is the first company I have taken time out of my day to write a review about. First of all, any company that tries to bribe you for good ratings for a cup of coffee is a red flag...

Second, what a bunch of crooks. They have horrible customer service and when you need something to be fixed they take weeks to do it. We were supposed to have a washer and dryer installed in the new house we moved in. Two months later it was finally installed after repeated calls (on my end NOT their's). They never returned my phone calls and I would have to stop in the office to get any kind of communication.

This was just one of the examples of how horrible Cecil is. Also, we just got our deposit back and they took out money for things that were wrong with the house before we moved in. If any one plans on bringing a class action law suit against them...please contact me.
