Not much of a food choice. Menu is compact. Service was super slow. My salad came out with my main dish. Bathrooms were scary nasty!

Gave food poisoning! Sick immediately after eating. Way to get me to never come back

I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers on this. I love the food there - but everything else needs some work!!!!!

I'll just start with when it started to be unreasonable. 1 1/2 hours into our "meal", the waitress admits that she still hasn't put in the KIDS orders. The kids were age 2 - 9, so not big kids. Once she did that, it was almost 45 minutes later that she brought out 2 kids meals (there were 6 kids), one of them for my 6 year old daughter, and it was wrong so we sent it back. Another 20 minutes goes by and she brings out 2 more kids meals. Then the adult meals start coming. My daughter didn't get her meal until the 4th time the brought it out (we just took the 2nd one and started her eating), My 3 year old was the last to get her meal, which was too hot for her to eat then. My SALAD came out next to last, and was totally wrong. By that point, the other adults were boxing up their food, so I just told the waitress to forget it. Another 20 minutes goes by, and she brings my salad again (don't know if it was correct or not) and I said "I told you I didn't want it!" So she begins boxing it up, and I told her I was not going to take it. They didn't want to take it off the bill, which took almost another 45 minutes to get, and came back with all sorts of incorrect charges. I have no idea who is managing this place, but it was unacceptable! Made our Easter dinner awful. AND to top it all off, once we finally got to talk to the manager, he made no apologies whatsoever, nor did the waitress for our awful meal. Most of our group that got to eat their meals said it was "OK", but probably could have done better pretty much anywhere else. Oh, and the kids pizzas in an Italian restaurant, were just on pita bread, not real pizza dough! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, unless they want a four hour dinner with everything incorrect! Lots of good places are going under here in Detroit due to the economy. Please support one of those restaurants instead!

I went in for take out on a Saturday night It took a while before being waited on. But when I did get waited on it was by the manager Jeff Wilk. He was really nice, he had good conversation, and sped up my service. It was a bad experience that was turned around. My suggested would be probably to call ahead.

I sat at the bar waiting for a table and was not acknowledged for 10-15 minutes. After requesting some bread to have while I was waiting (and explained that I was having hypoglycemic difficulty), it took another 15-20 minutes and asking two people before I received the bread. I ended up eating at the bar and the whole experience was negative. I had the impression that I was an inconvience rather than a welcomed patron.

I took the time to give the feedback to the manager and received a return phone call. He offered a gift certificate which I initially declined (my intention was to give the feedback, not to "get something" out of the experience). After his insistance, I agreed with the intention of giving the restaurant another try. I never received the gift certificate.
