Chairs and tables were delivered in giant stacks, so their condition could not be known until they were lifted from the stacks and unfolded.
Half of the chairs were filthy, many looked like the seats had been sprayed with a ketchup bottle. There were issues with tables being splintered and covered with past decorations as well.
We asked for a small refund because of the chair situation but were denied. Would not deal with this company again because they refuse to back their service. They said we could have called an "emergency" number to have them clean the chairs, but by the time we unfolded everything the party was close to beginning.

Disappointing. We rented a huge tent, tables, chairs and lights from this company for our wedding in June of 2013. The tent arrived and was put up quickly, which was good. However, once we went under the tent/canopy we could see mold everywhere. The company said they were coming out to clean it and apparently did "all they could do." The chairs were filthy and all 300 had to be wiped clean. The lights were scuffed, dirty and had leaves and cobwebs on them.

Fortunately, our event was at night so the mold was less visible but the lights were clearly unclean. Throughout the night, the center pole (which went through the dance floor) was budged by children, bumped into and touched by my guests. Eventually it FELL OVER. My father (who thank God is a large man) had to run over and put the pole back into place. When this company did the layout for me I questioned the safety of having the pole in the location and I was assured it was safe.

I took photos of everything and sent them to the owner who said he couldn't see anything wrong with the quality of his rentals. (If that was so, I wonder why he sent someone out to clean the tent in the first place...hmm) He also said that I was lying and people must have been climbing the pole and kicking it to make it fall over.... WTF!

Anyway, he refunded me a measly 200$ out of the thousands that we spent at his company.

All and all it was a horrible experience and something that will be with me every time I think about my wedding day.

I was highly recommended by another company (s and b) to contact Boss rental for a structure tent. Reason I didn't go with Boss is when they did answer the phone the lady who had answered was very arrogant. I paid a little more money and went with Whal Tent. My event was dealt with over my expectations from WHAL Tents...I will not ever call Boss again for any of our corporate events!!
