WORST experience in a retail store EVER!!! this people are obviously selling used watches. I bought a watch here a week before Christmas as a gift for my boyfriend and assumed that I was being sold a brand new watch so I didn't look it over for scratches... go figure, I take the watch out 2 days later (from its hiding spot for Christmas) to show it off to my friend only to find a decent size scratch on the glass! they didn't have a receipt so I was suppose to pick it up, when I went to pick up the receipt I took the watch to show them and they of course only have an exchange policy (NO returns! which is super sketchy to begin with) all of the other watches were out of my price range so she decided to give me a discount on another one which would only cost me another $35 BUT OF COURSE the machine was down AGAIN and they weren't able to print a receipt so I had to come back again the next day... I called the next day to make sure that we were still ok to do the sale for that price (because I was sending a friend to exchange the watch) only to be told that she did the math wrong and that it would cost me another 50 some dollars! I demanded my money back and of course they couldn't do that. they also refused to repair the scratch. after all of this I was so worked up that I had to call my boyfriend and tell him and ruin his Christmas surprise and now he will be getting a scratched eco drive for Christmas (unless my dispute with my bank goes through)
