Mc-N-Mc Towing & Recovery

They are liars. If your car gets towed make sure they have their signs up. They towed my car there wasn't any signs posted and you have to have signs up. I turned them in so they went to court and lost the first time the second time in three more appeals they lost all. In the end they had to refund my money and pay fines .

Quite possible the most scandalous company I've ever dealt with. They towed my car for expired plates. Taking a look at it, it's clear someone tampered with it. I explained the situation, even made a police report to prove the registration was valid. They didn't care. I further explained I just lost my job and asked for them to work with me. I offered to work off the fee. They said no. I offered to sell the car to them, they offered $150. Blue Book is between 500-800. Then I told them there was a Mac Computer in the trunk that I wanted to sell to get the car back. Nope, refused to let me get anything from the car without paying for it first. They said the best at they could do for me was charge the towing fee (250) and one night of storage (32.00). When I went to pick up the car, they jacked up the price to $1000.00. This is a horribly shady company with nothing but dollar signs in their eyes. I'm so sorry for anyon who has to deal with Mc N Mc.

Not even close to resembling professional.

While on vacation, these "professionals" towed my auto, due to expired tags. The tags were in fact not expired at all. Simply waiting the sticker from PennDot. A simple call to the authorities would have verified this.

Although they claim to accept MC & Visa, they in fact do not and required cash to release my vehicle. A clear scam.

They couldn't even find my tow ticket when arriving at the business, once they finally answered the door.

Filing complaints with BBB and every single site i can find relating to this business.

Caution: run the other direction and fast. These guys are arrogant and rude, I run a business and I have to say they are the exact opposite of how I conduct business. If they got paid based on how big of a-holes they can be, they'd all be millionaires. They have little intelligence and seem to be scam artist. And trying to get resolution from Norman the owner was like pulling teeth; I still haven't been able to get in touch with him

I have friends in the repossession business, so I know how the operate. This is the worst place I have ever seen. They changed the cost of getting my items out of the car 3 times!! They made it a completely difficult to get an appointment and were the most disrespectful nasty people I have ever dealt with. The girl answering the phone sounded like she could give a rats tail less about the situation, and got irritated when I questioned them about their practices. I WILL find a way to report them to someone

Very discrespectful gentle who didn't care of the situation at hand and just wanted his money. I will never recommend and if I was capable I would have slap him when I came to pick up my car.
