Mount Blue Bistro & Bar, founded in 1997, provides a range of food items and beverages. It offers a variety of appetizers that includes chicken quesadillas, steamed mussels, barbecue pulled pork nachos, chicken wings, grilled flat bread pizza, fried calamari, onion rings and clam chowder. The restaurant also provides a range of entrees that includes butternut squash ravioli, seared yellow fin tuna, seared crusted salmon, glazed pork tenderloin, and lemon- and herb-roasted half chicken. Its children s menu includes cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, grilled hot dogs, cheeseburgers and homemade macaroni. Additionally, the restaurant provides on-site and off-site catering services.
