My family and I have all bought multiple vehicles from Gibsons and have not had many problems. Of course when you buy a used vehicle you are eventually going to have problems but ours have only been minor if we have had any at all. Usually have great selection of vehicles and if I ever had problems there were always their to fix them in a timely manner. Great family owned business!

Great business with helpful people bought a 07 Tahoe in December of 2014 haven't had any problems.

This company has terrible inventory. I a lot of my family members have went to Gibson to purchase there cars and each one has had trouble within the first 6 months with either the car running hot, engine, or fuel pump. I financed a car through them and had nothing but troubles. Within the first month the engine light came on, the car started jumping, and finally it went out. When I got the car to them to fix it. I was told that there was a bad fuel pump that caused the car to jump, but they will replace it and also turn the engine light off (being that they assured me there was nothing wrong with the engine). Will not 2 days after I left the car started doing the same thing and the engine light came on. Long story short I was sold a lemon. I have replaced tires, battery, alternator, motor mount, air filters, and a peice for the air condition. Then I have multiple oil leaks. The last mechanic told me that I should probably get a new car or I will put more money into the car.
