Susan Kane Catering

Suzan Kane is terrible and extremely unprofessional. I hired her to cater our wedding and she did not follow through on the agreed contract. She does not return calls, and when we asked here specific questions about the event she replies back that she is “busy”. She ordered the wrong food, wrong rentals as well as the wrong colors for the wedding. Part of our contract was food tasting before the wedding, she failed to show up to the tasting twice, and when we asked again she suggested dropping off the food at our house frozen. She does not pay attention to details. Too much talk and no action!!!!!! I will never hire her again. She adds stress to the event, and as a planner and catering service her goal should be to make the event less stressful. She is terrible and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend her for your special day.
