United Business Supply

Gary Marshall sent a package for review to my Athletic Director. The athletic director did not ask to receive anything from the company. Upon arrival of the package it was refused and returned unopened. The company resent the package and then invoiced us twice for the delivery and for the contents of the delivery. After this the shipping manager began to call.

Karl is the shipping manager for the company (he says). He called (initiated the calls-which he says he did not) seven different people that I supervise and told them that they needed to settle the invoice or pay for the package to be picked up and returned to the company. Karl is unreasonable and his memory for what he has said to people is interesting. My experience with this company has been irritating, uncooperative, and unbelieveable. I see that two other companies have had the same experience. At least I see that this is the way they do business with others, too.

The company has been contacting my office for several months. We have informed them we order from a local supplier and that we do not want to be placed on their do not call list. We receive at least 3 calls per day from very rude employees - stating they do not have to call, report us to the BBB they will not do anything about us calling and we will continue to call there is nothing you can do about it. How unprofessional can you be? I would not purchase anything from your company if it was the last supplier available because of the treatment from solicitors.

There is a particular sales rep at this business that will call you repeatedly even when you ask him not to. I believe he does it just to be mean. He has called people here names and is a horrible person. I would make paper myself before I bought from this company.
