        Overall

        The fact that the owner of this business wrote his own review below giving himself 5 stars should send a red flag out to anyone. And it's pretty obvious since he didn't even bother to change his name to something inconspicuous. This entire establishment is downright laughable. I don't advise anyone to get tangled up with this poor excuse of a business.

        This company does not deserve ANY stars. They are the worst company one could deal with. Jorge M does not follow through with anything that he says. He always seems to "forget" to tell you full details about anything and leaves you out in the cold. Don't waste your time with Casa Nueva!!

        This company is overpriced and their customer service sucks! They do not return phone calls or emails. They are probably THE WORST company I have dealt with. I would NOT recommend!!
