Avoid this business at all costs. I agree with the other reviews. American Eagle News really is a shady, scam business. The owner, Michael Bailey, is a pervert . Michael Bailey and his low class sidekick, Vaira Alvaga, are two small time losers who have no life and nothing to do, because this is a failing business, so they have lots of free time on their hands. What do they do with their free time? They take assignments as dishonest process servers. It means they commit Trash Service. Trash Service is when they do NOT actually serve the target, but LIE, on the court paperwork, that they "served" someone. If you or anyone you know have been ripped off by this dishonest business and the sleazy operators, Michael Bailey and Vaira Alvaga, simply call your bank and file a FRAUD dispute on the card that you used to pay them (that way you'll instantly get a refund and the bank will fine them for having charged you and not fulfilled the agreement).

The owner, Michael Bailey and his assistant, Vaira Alvaga, are convicted child predators and felons and they forge documents.
This business also sends out UNETHICAL, LYING, MANIPULATING criminals, such as Vaira Alvaga, to serve documents.
Mis Vaira Alvaga has long, dark hair, Hispanic appearance, dark eyes, olive skin tone, and is approximately 5 feet 2 inches.
Beware that the servers never actually serve the documents. Instead, they commit JUNK SERVICE, which means they fling papers on a sidewalk and then FALSELY sign paperwork, claiming they serves someone. This business has had many lawsuits against it and has been prohibited from doing business, but continues to be in business ILLEGALY. Do NOT hire this company for any reason.
And beware that this is an AILING business and Michael Bailey operates out of his trashy little apartment in Northridge, California.

This guy Michael that owns the place filed a DBA for me. It has been more than a month and a half and I still don't have my proof of publication. I have checks written up to my new business name but I can not open an account at a bank until I receive the required paperwork. I have left numerous messages for him and still have not heard back from him. He is never at the office. I WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
