A few years ago they were the best place in town for volvo, benz, bmw:

honest, nice all the good things. Then they moved new location and the there is a new guy who runs the place: well now it's bad news.

Unprofessional, overcharged you, very bad overall experience.

For example I check myself online the average cost for what I need, they ask me four times as much. I check also with a friend of mine, same thing: how the service from real good became bad. Try to avoid it if you can.

I own 2008 BMW that I purchased in birmingham I was so tired of having to travel to get my car services a co worker told be about pro imports whom I've come to appreciate very much they have great prices an great service I felt with Dana the owner personally whom was very knowledgable an seemed to have his shop in good running order I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.... HUA... My fellow Marines will know what I mean....

I was referred to this shop about 5 years ago. They mostly fix Mercedes, Volvo, and BMW. Dana the owner is very experienced and customer friendly. I was very impressed with the service and pricing; I refeffered friends and family to this shop. Lately employees at this business have become very unprofessional, inconsistent with making appointments, and feel like they don’t want to be bothered, especially to African American customers. We are paying for repairs, its not free. Deposits are wanted up front before parts are even ordered. The customer service is horrific. They dont return phone call's, you have to physically go there to get updates, and quotes. When you call, its like talking to a wall, becasue they dont want to be bothered. I cannot believe this facilty has resorted to such poor service, to the African American community. As of today this repair shop has lost my business. My advice is to get with the program, and let the ignorant employees go. As a Veteran, a Civil Rights Activist, & U.S. Federal employee; I refuse to think we are still living in the 1950's. If the attitudes cannot be corrected a recommendation to Black List this establishment from providing any service to any Armed Forces Personnel in the area, can be and will be submitted to the Department of Defense for consideration.... Wake up!!!!!!!
