Wegmans Catering

If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would!

While we love the whole Northborough store, this is specifically about their pharmacy.

After a major health issue last year, I'm on a few meds- most are reasonably priced and covered well by insurance, but a couple are not. One in particular is very pricey indeed (and roughly 5 times what the exact same thing costs in Canada, but that's not the point).

Our insurance changed, and our new cost was about triple what the old cost was! Yikes!

Not only did they call us before filling the script to warn us about the new price and discuss it with us...

But when the time came to pick it up, they'd found a coupon that covered well over half of our expense!

AND- it may be possible to do this again next month!

They are brilliant, and I cannot praise them enough!

Never in a million years did I think I would write this. After 20 minutes wandering around the store looking for my child that I was separated from I asked the customer service representative Christina to page her. She is 11 years old so I wasn't too concerned. Christina said it was against store policy to page. By now my ice-cream was melting so I returned it and continued to look for my child. I was in love with Wegman's I loved the atmosphere, I loved the employees I loved everything about it. I was their biggest fan until now. 30 minutes had now gone by and still no sign of her. i'm sure I was missing her by seconds each place I went. I never realized what a maze the store was. I went back to the service desk and now Lauren and Christina were still telling me it is against store policy. What does it take to find a child in Wegman's? I returned all of my groceries and gave them the Wegman's bags I had bought because I was so upset. By now my 11 year old finally came up to me and that was the end. 260 dollars returned and not sure if I will ever go back to the store again. I'm not sure who I am more upset with? The staff for not caring that my child was missing or not having a cell phone on my kid.
