HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They came in promising that they would remove and replace all of our piping. About half way through they decided that it was too much work to remove all the old pipes, so they left them. Then they decided it was too hard to reach the pipes in the upstairs bathroom - so they left the old pipes. We had to withhold final payment and remove the upstairs pipes and then have them come back and put the new pipes in - which they did so that they could get their final payment.
They knocked holes in the walls and into the ceilings to get to the pipes - but left ALL of the mess laying on the floor each night when they left we had to clean it up. They broke several items in the house - and yes I realize that is a hazard of home repairs, but they did not even let us know about it - we had to find it for ourselves. They knocked a container of my nail polish off the bathroom shelf - broke 4 bottles of my polish - and then LEFT IT ON THE FLOOR to dry and collect all the dirt. They didn't even bother to remove it from the floor!!
When they had to knocked out the ceiling the just tore it out with their hands and hammers - which made a terrible mess - and they did not even attempt to mitigate the damages - they didn't cover anything over or anything so I have dirt and drywall in EVERY crevice.
When they knocked holes in the walls they did so with their hammers and hands - instead of a saw, so now I have COMPLETELY uneven areas that I need to patch, so I am going to have to complete this part of their job also and cut out the uneven parts so that I can patch the holes. To make it even worse they didn't even remove the old pipes that they took out of the walls - they left them laying ALL OVER THE HOUSE - I've had to drag them out and take them to the dump myself!!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
