Jmi Reports

I have worked for JMI for 2 years. It started out slow but still a great side job. I cover much of IN and IL. I am regularly asked to go out of state and do rush jobs all for which I have been compensated well. JMI has taken very good care of me. I make more with this side job than I did at a full time dock job in Chicago. (The previous review complains about low paying inspections. This is accurate but the volume is insane.) I do 20 - 30 of these 12 dollar non appt inspections a day often. Thats not bad money at all. Once you are trained and putting out good reports you do several very high paying jobs as well. Overall rating: a great company to work for.

In response to the previous review: Training is not 2 hours over the phone. That is a complete lie. There is a library of hundreds of inspection types and instructions. To get your first inspection you have to complete several test from house types to proper dress to how to analyze a roof. There are 2 to 3 2 hour webinars per week for training and I've never waited more than an hour for an on field question to be answered. Great Company.

I work with several inspection companies but JMI is by far the best to work for.
