Venue Spa & Nails

Very disappointing visit; greeted very coldly, seemed annoyed my friend and I were there. They sat us and we waited for quite awhile for someone...anyone. We did go on a Saturday, but they were not very busy and had a lot of open seats and a lot of techs. Water for the pedi was too hot even after I mentioned it a few times, nail tech cut the side of my ankle with the callous remover causing me to bleed. No acknowledgement and no apology was offered. She also caused me to bleed on my big toe, again no apology, just annoyance. She was very rough and fast. I will never go back. Poor service and poor quality work.

Love this place!!! It's clean and the techs are friendly. Best pedi I've ever had.

I can't say I had the greatest experience. My husband bought be a gift certificate here for Valentine's day; Spent quite a few. The people were friendly, but usually when you go to a spa you expect to relax. That day I had a pedicure and manicure, first started with a pedi, the lady a got was young and very talkative, she told me her whole life story, i was getting pretty annoyed because she was asking me all these personal questions. she did great on my feet, although I didn't get to enjoy my $59 foot massage, I also asked for a Matte color which she said they had and totally didn't. Next I went on to my manicure. I asked the lady if she knew how to do round almond tip and she said she did, well a few moments later I found out she didn't, she can tell on my face that I didn't like it so she admitted to not knowing how, she said she has never done it before. she did an awful job! I also asked for a baby pink Matte nail polish, she came back with a bright neon barbie pink powder; she replied "this look better". I told her twice I wanted baby pink Matte NAIL POLISH and she kept on with her barbie pink powder because ''it look better" but also more expensive; she told me her life story as well! I was there for 3 hours annoyed and frustrated. I still have money left on my gift card and I have to use it there, the plan was to get manicure, pedicure and massage. I am very hesitant to go back, but my husband spent so much money I feel awful not using it. I will never go back once I use the rest of my gift card.

I love this place! My husband and I came in with our 6 month old and they were all so friendly! They offered us drinks and even a little treat for out daughter! Won't go anywhere else now !

Best pedicure and massage I have ever had! I loved going here and knowing everything was so clean.. Try it out!!

This salon is the prettiest and cleanest spa I've ever seen! The service is best! They have outstanding customer service! I got a wonderful facial and full set! This is the best in town!
