Leapin Lizards

Took my kids yesterday and the place smelled like dirty feet and it was hot so it made the smell more pungent. There is absolutely no supervision, by parents (not their fault) or staff and kids were climbing on the outside of the structures. The two young men at the front were extremely busy playing on their phone to actually physically get up and walk around. I also was a bit concerned because there was a young man that probably was 200 lbs bouncing and he was as big as an adult. The kicker was when I asked if I needed to sign the waiver when I was paying, the young man said, don't worry about it. Their insurance company might think differently about that.

well i believe it was sometime in july or aug to book a party with LL I spoke to somebody there and told them i really wanted to book a party but i didnt get paid untill fri and if we could work something out? She said fine that she would take my c.c # I told her not to run it that I would go pay cash that fri the latest on sat..this female said fine as long as you come by fri if not i will not hold the party. I told her that was fine just dont run the c.c and I understood if I didnt show up by friday she wouldnt hold my spot...well I never showed up assuming they wouldnt hold my spot muchless run my card...well guess what they ran my card and took 100$ out of my account!! I called the owner she said well I have been calling you and I never got a call back so I ran your card!! I couldnt believe this!! This is not we agreed on I told her I need my money back she said she couldnt and would give me a gift card I told her that money was for my bills she said she couldnt do anything about it!!! I totally understand this is her lively hood but this is not what we agreed on and now im short 100$ so beware people LL does not hold thier word...Then she tried to lie about booking staff for "MY PARTY" and couldnt just have them not working a party? So I asked her so you will give me a gift card and have your staff standing around so why cant you give me my money back? She tried to come back with a lame reason for this??? Like I have said I understand its her buisness but this was not what we agreed and and she took my money...so be very carefull when doing buisness with L.L
