I arrived at this office for my 11:20 appointment with Dr. Sunny Glenn. I waited 20 min and asked the receptionist Carol how much longer I would need to wait. She returned to inform me another 25 min...Dr. Sunny Glenn Loudly informed the receptionist I had to options to either wait or leave; she could NOT have been more unprofessional. The receptionist proceed to tell me it’s not their fault appoints ran over there scheduled time even though this is a specialty clinic…shouldn’t they know on average how long appointments last and schedule according to? She also claimed they had been back up since that morning and insinuated some patient’s needs were more important then others…

You would think they would have at least given curtsy calls to their patients informing them they would have to wait at the office a minimum of an hour before they were helped! She then proceed to tell me to reschedule if I was out of time…like she could have cared less I took of work for this appointment.

None of the staff ever apologized for my 40+ min wait time or the fact I had 3 patients still ahead of me, the receptionist even yelled at me like an immature child. I had to leave to go back to work, so 2.5 hours of my time, money, and life wasted for absolutely nothing. The clinic, staff & Dr. Sunny Glenn are extremely unprofessional and couldn’t have cared less of patient’s valuable time.
