Very loud neighbors - the woman who lives above us chooses to vacuum past 8pm, most times around 10:30pm, and is otherwise very noisy at all hours of the day. The guy who lives downstairs is not as bad, but his dog loves to bark frequently. The "quiet time" for the apartments is supposed to be between 11pm and 8am but in our estimation most do not follow this. Very thin walls and floors.



Not the most welcoming community either. Not alot of friendly faces and/or considerate dwellers. There is supposed to be a parking rule, where only those who live in the complex can park in the lots in front of buildings, but after the admin staff and manager leaves at 5:30pm or 6pm, people park wherever they want without a care to their fellow neighbors. Feel like we are one of the few who actually follow the rule and have our visitors parking in the designated area.



A pretty apartment but not much else.

Loud neighbors, with rules that the quiet time is between 11pm and 8am - way too late of a time if one has children. Neighbor upstairs vacuums at 10:30pm almost every night. Lots of dogs, and owners who don't respect their neighbor's ears - ie, lots of barking!!!! Poor parking - not enough parking spaces - renters are allowed two cars per apartment, however there are not enough spaces in front of the buildings to allow for this - if one does not get home early, before others, be prepared to have to park at least 100 ft away from one's door, a pain, especially if you are carrying groceries. Also, some of the staff in the clubhouse are not very helpful to the point of being aloof or even rude if you catch them at a funny moment. Finally, an odd thing - funny tasting tap water - bring your bottled water if you want to live here - they have their own water treatment plant and the water has quite the funny taste. Overpriced for what you actually get... which is sadly not alot.
