I have been going here for 9-10 years. Vadim, the owner/ master watchmaker has been taking care of my vintage watch collection doing everything from servicing and re-plating to laser welding. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The shop is very well equipped to handle any kind of watch repair and the place is clean, well organized and easy to get to from anywhere in Miami/Dade or Broward. The staff is very friendly and the prices are the lowest you'll find.

I have been most pleased with his knowledge and meticulous skill in repairing watches and jewelry. 5 stars because there wasn't 6. The people here at USA Watch Repair are very knowledgeable very courteous and very professional. I thought this was just going to be another jewelery store, they not only buy and sell watches they do watch repairs they buy and sell jewelry, repair them as well they also do laser eyeglass frame repairs amongst other things. I'm never going to any other jewelry store other than this one. Trust me give them a call at 305 956-9676. You'll be glad you did.

here is what people say : First of all, I'm not the type to write reviews for anything, but I received such a great service, I had to do it. usa watch repair is fast, reliable, and honest. I was looking to relume my Tag Heuer that had moisture damage from a repair I had done with another repair company. I looked all over the internet trying to find out what it would cost me. Most places charged $150-$200 because it's a Tag Heuer - I suppose they charge more for more expensive watches?. Vadim however was honest in assessing the cost, and quoted me only $50 to relume the watch. I had sent a picture of my watch to him and he initially thought it needed hand replacements and relume, which he quoted $100. Deciding that this was a fair price, I sent the watch in and after he received it, I get an email telling me that the watch didn't need the new hands but just a relume. He also noticed the watch needed a new battery as the old one was not an OEM and was leaking battery acid. Well, he relumed everything, replaced the battery, and fixed even some scratches I had on the face, all for $50. Never thought I'd experience a guy that honest in watch repair. But not only that, during the repair process, he kept a clear line of communication, kept me posted on the status, even sent status pictures, and I had the watch back in 1 week! I'm in San Jose, CA, he's in Miami, FL, how does he do that? He's remarkable. If you need your watch repaired, you don't need to look anywhere else - no matter where you are in the country, Vadim is the person you need to contact. I highly recommend!!!
