        On May 20, 2008 at 2:52 p.m. I came into the store to install two new tires and to do an alignment . The job was to be completed by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Mr. Brian Clark told me that they had found a problem and that unless that was corrected they could not do the alignmentl. I told them to install the two tires without the alignment, which they agree to do. at 8:30 p.m.(Over 5 hours later) I called to pick up my car, but they told me that they could not find the keys for the tire storage room, that it was possible that the manager took them home. They asked me if I could wait until the next day and I agreed. On May 21, 2008 on or about 8:00 a.m. I call the store and informed them of what had happened the day before. About 9 am I came into the store and was told that they still could not find the keys. I complained to the corporate office via e-mail and they ignored my complain.
