DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BANK".

If there was a zero star choice, I would had picked it.


BE AWARE!! Dade County Federal Credit Union, practices what they call " Cross Collateralization" on their loans, in which they collateral link all accounts you have with them as a checking, saving, credit cards, shares etc.. to any loan you have with them, this means that they have full control of your personal checking and saving accounts if you default, etc...


BE CAREFUL!, READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE LOAN CONTRACT , they do not use the words (cross collateralization) but reads as "secure", for any FUTURE open accounts... With this way of doing business, this bank even plans for any future accounts; perhaps accounts that don't even exist at the time you signed a loan, but once opened, they all automatically apply a collateral.

DCFCU had held my vehicle's title hostage, even though it's paid off. Their excuse is because I have an outstanding credit card opened with them. Shame on you!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
