Wild River Country

Disgusting. Smelled like HUMAN POOP every where!! Felt out of place. Musician playing ethnic music for hours. Everyone in the wave pool dancing like they were in a club. Watched a man get off the Vortex and couldn't get his footing under him. Lifeguard watched him go under 4 times before his own wife stepped into the pool to pull him up...then lifeguard went over to check on him. Place was a waste of money in my opinion unless you like the smell of a toliet, run down showerhouse that always stunk BAD, and just in general a bad place.....heard of several thefts also from other guests!!!

My family made a trip to Wild River Country and were we disappointed. We stood in line for ever to ride the water rides and then upon returning to our vehicle discovered it has been broken into. We made a report with the park... what a joke they didn't even asked our address. They acknowledge they knew there were a group of thieves working the parking lot but only provided security on the weekend. So, if you make a trip to Wild River Country ride the bus or hire your own security guard. Then be prepared to stand in long lines and pay outrageous prices for everything from drinks to locker rentals.
