McDonald's

Ever since they took down the sign, “hot fries,” the fries have been terrible. They’re either cold and soggy, or they’ve pulled them to soon. The quality of the food and service have really gone downhill. We used to love coming to this location because it was close to our house, the hot fries, friendly service, and accuracy of orders. All of these don’t exist anymore, so we will be giving our business to other McDonald’s locations.

We spent $29 on food, only to find we were missing a quarter pounder with cheese when we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager. I didn’t get her name, but she took down my name so that I could come back later to get my missing sandwich. It was an ordeal waiting for my sandwich. I was waiting there 20 minutes because they were trying to reach the manager from the time we were there to make sure I was right about what had happened. I felt like the gals working in there thought I was pulling a fast one saying I had a missing sandwich. They either owed me a sandwich or my money back. $29 is a lot to drop at one time at a McDonalds. I know that order alone probably made labor for that time period. I do plan on contacting the franchisee owner of the McDonalds on Macarthur drive in North Little Rock.
