This company should be black listed, and turned in to 7 on your side. They are a sub for American Home Sheild, I'm currently on week 7 with no air conditioning. They have came to the house 3 times, the first two the issue was miss diagnosed. The last guy that came said the previous guy should have caught and repaired issue. I've had to go through AHS to get any answers on what's going on. The part to fix my unit came in a week ago but they still haven't called to set up an appointment. AHS called them and they are stating I should receive a call tomorrow to set up an appointment. We'll see how this goes, every appointment so far I've had to call and set up. My wife and my self are both realtors so we're spreading the word on this company as well as AHS. 7 weeks and counting is a little unacceptable.

had an appointment for WED Cheryl called and asked me to change it for TODAY at 3:30 - 5 I rearranged EVERYTHING raced from CONWAY to LR was on hold for 54 minutes finally called from another line and left 4 messages from 3:30-5 with a live answering service (no one was available at EPIC to take my call) for someone to call me since I had not heard from the tech- on the original call Cheryl had said Logan would be coming in from Greenbrier) At 5:30 I finally couldn't wait any longer went back to CONWAY just to return home to LR later- AHS warranty referred me to them - I would not recommend

Charged me $60 a pound for R407c after they paid $8.5 a pound for it. I only used this company is because my Home Warranty Company wanted to use them.
