Connie Creed's Heat & Air

Warranty company dispatched these folks to replace my unit. incorrect plumbing caused lots of water damage....then they started dodging my phone calls. Now on to small claims court. Stay away!

Do not use Connie Creed. Bottom line: she's unprofessional and her repairs are sub-par. The reviewer below calls her "brutally honest", which is true, but she is also rude, unpleasant, and highly unprofessional. Her attitude carries over to her technicians as well. Each time she came to the house she was late and every repair was either incomplete or ineffective. Her HVAC knowledge and skill is obviously lacking. I stopped my warranty from using her after the second visit and will never use her business again. Find someone else!

Connie was nice enough to fit me in her busy schedule during the hot Arkansas summer. She was prompt, showing up on time. She seems like a brutally honest person, which is how service pros should be in my opinion. She has been gone from my house for half an hour now and the air is still working great. I am some what technical person and she went through the trouble to explain to me what had happened and why it wasn't working. I would recommend her to anyone using the AHS home warranty.
