Quantum Collections

If I could give negative stars I would. Just received a call from this company about a debt. I have no issue with paying what I owe as long as I see it on paper. I was told "we don't want to spend any more money to collect this debt". Is 47 cents to much to prove to me that you are who you say you are? The supervisor was rude and hung up on me the first time we spoke. I called back and requested a paper bill. They stated they had sent one already. If that were the case then I would have made arrangements already. Terrible way to do business. I'll pay what I owe when I see it in writing g. I'm not just going to give my cc information to some random person because you say I owe it. Prove it. Send m3 a bill
