        Overall

        I purchased a product that failed miserably. When I attempted to get a refund from their so called "100% guarantee" My info was returned from their PO box twice using 2 different Zip codes in Las Vegas. I finally was able to get a response from the owner Steve Franzmann he was slightly rude and gave me the run a round for a few months until I gave up...find another product!!!
