Overall

Took 2 1/2 hours to receive a delivery. Was told every excuse under the sun as to why. "My delivery guy has been gone driving around for 50 minutes." "Our system, like, totally crashed and everything is in chaos." I had already paid for the food on my Visa and when I called the manager, she threatened to have me criminally charged if I denied the charge on my card. Food finally got here and was undercooked. Unbelievable. Worst experience with delivery I have ever had.
