Never rent from this Company, Very Poorly maintained, light fixtures broke and expose to the elements, trash cans are full most of the time, maintenance staff is poorly trained or so it seems by the lack of maintenace being accomplished, dog stations are not taken care off often needing supplys, walkway lights in buildings are out as well as building lights making it somewhat unsafe considering some of the residents appear to be gangster wanta be's, pool is trashy and forget about the fireplace its been disconnected. bath rooms around the pool area are often trashed as well, Don't waste your hard earned money here , there is better places right down the street

Do not rent from this facility, They have a poor maintenance record, work orders are closed without being completed , request made to office personnel are ignored , rules are not adhered too, garbage cans often overflowing, lights are out all over the place making it unsafe for children and adults as well after hours. The pool is not heated as stated nor does the fireplace work its been disconnected, While for the most part the grounds are kept up they could be improved upon esp about picking up dog feces which is in various areas

If I could give a 0 star rating that is what it would be. We have lived in this apt complex for a year and a half now and the last 6 months has been absolutely terrible! The women that work in the office are extremely rude and do not care about the tenants. I've had problems with noisy neighbors above me and have called the office on numerous occasions (I would say atleast 30-40 times now) and no one seems to care and I am still dealing with the neighbors above me. They told me atleast 5 times they would set up an appointment with us and the people above us to try and solve the problem and of course that never happened. I've even tried contacting their regional manager and yet nothing has been done! Do not rent from this place, it will be one of the worst experiences you've ever had! There are far nicer places that are cheaper as well! As soon as our lease is up we will be gone!

Fair warning: I have lived in complex two years and it has gone downhill quickly in last 8 months. First and foremost the apts. look nice, the complex in general looks nice but management is terrible. Some probably get lucky and have old neighbors but complex is mostly younger and louder types. I would think about rating this complex a three if management even acknowledge my issue. I have tried for two months now to get noisy neighbors to quiet down to no avail. Seriously if you are thinking of living here, first you need to understand if you do have problem the management will not respond to it. I am currently trying to get out of here as fast as I can because of the noise. On July fourth there was so many broken bottles, trash and fireworks around it looked like a trash dump. No help from management on this issue as well. The pool even had broken glass in it. If you are thinking of living here look elsewhere unless you just can't find something elsewhere don't sign a long lease for lower payment you will regret that decision when you see for yourself about the problems I wrote.
