I have had them for about 10 years now. I live in Canfield. They are awesome! Great price! Take everything I put out! The pickup crew has always been friendly, and the office staff as well. I just wanted to submit my review because I seen a couple bad ones, and I believe they are great.... Thank you... -DR

When we bought our house early last year we called around. It seemed like a no brainer to go with the cheapest. We pay about $15 less every 3 months than the other companies. We had a huge HEAVY old TV that I never thought they would take, they did with no problem. I leave the branches and yard trimming and they pick them all up with no problem (I do bundle them for them though). Great company. Never have they delayed trash pickup for holidays. My pickup is Monday and even with all of the holidays that we observe on Mondays, they get the trash on time.

They are amazing !! We pay 58$ for 3 months and we have never had an issue ! They take whatever we have at the curb ! I also love how they pull the trash cans back onto the sidewalk so it doesn't fall in the street ! When I lived in Salem our garbage men SUCKED ! They didn't take everything and would leave the cans tipped over they would also leave pieces of trash all over the ground. Def happy with Allison brothers ! We were also late on our payment and they still picked up our trash !!! Not many places like this! Thankful for the great work they do !

I currently have Allison bros for trash service, I have a plan which includes one free large pick up a month! When I called to sched tho pick up I was informed that I would be charged EXTRA because it was construction material.... Well that's not what I consider free nor did I know that there were "restrictions" on your "free" pick up! So with all that being said I double checked their web page and again no mention of a fee... Actual construction material was listed in the examples for residential bulk pick up!! Sooo if you have the choice not to pick them I would, because they'll end up hosing you in the long run!

I recently moved from Canfield Oh. I called and asked about the final bill and I was told $30.00. I asked if I could leave final garbage on the curb & leave $30.00 under the mat. I was told that was okay. I left work at 9 pm drove over and put the money under the mat. The next day I drove over, the garbage and the money was gone. Thought everything was done.



2 months later I receive a call from a collection agency stating I owe $55.10. I called Allison garbage right away. They said no money was under the mat and the driver has worked for us along time. Rather than argue I just stated this is not fair and deal with it in a professional matter and let every one know.



I paid the 55.10 plus the 30.00, this is not a money issue it’s a principle issue.
