Panera Bread

Ordered Mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was cold so I asked the manager to please warm it up because it was cold. She SCOFFED at me and just took it away. When it was "ready" it was burning hot. The bread was also doughy and disgusting. Never coming to this location again.

So, I'm not a regular at Panera Bread however, Ive been there a few times and never had a problem, in fact, I LOVED it!

I was there today, and very hungry and ordered the chicken frontega panini & a bowl of their soup, and don't forget the iced lemonade. My boyfriend ordered a soup & sandwich as well. His was turkey & artichoke, but they just gave him the plain turkey so we told them, the girl apologizes throws the sandwich away, don't know why?? and gives us the right one. And what happened to the iced lemonade for 2.79? They gave us plain lemonade with our order, another mess up. I'm kind of surprised by the poor service at this point. I go to sit down and lifted the bread on my scorched panini just to find no basil on my sandwich, the whole reason I ordered the sandwich in the first place. I go to check the menu to make sure I'm right, and tell the manager & didn't expect him to offer me a few pieces of basil but I wanted a new sandwich, and that was his last offer. I said FORGET IT! I'm never coming here again! On top of all of that, the people before us had problems with their order as well, and on our way out the door we hear a woman complaining of having cold soup. The place has very poor management & I will never return to the Greensburg PA location ever again! BIG RIP OFF!!!!!

My wife, daughter and I had dinner at Bruschetta's in Murrysville this past week and the food was excellent. My daughter raved about the Risotto and my wife loved the pasta. The idea that you can choose what you want included in your sauce worked great for us. We're going again this week! Oh yes, the service was excellent also.
