This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good, and so is the service. Even though my favorite thing to eat here is the chicken wings, and mac and cheese, I love finding newer items on the menu.

We love you guys' food. We never leave disappointed! This is a great place to go when you need comfort food and you don't feel like cooking!

Had to stop in since I was in LA to check out Sweetie Pies. I went to the NoHo Location and ever got to meet Bruce. The chicken was amazing and truly worth the trip. I didn't really enjoy the Mac & cheese because they add sugar and I'm not really into sweet Mac & cheese. The catfish wasn't bad , but I don't like for the batter to take over and this one did. It is still worth the stop because the chicken is everything and there is nothing like good fried chicken.

Maybe my expectations was to high being a fan of the show. I went for fried fish there was only one choice catfish yuck! I Didn't have any other meat choices for me because I don't eat chicken or beef. They sell veggie burgers but they were all out. My to greens and potato salad had to much sugar in them! I brought two people with me as well who ordered the ribs and weren't to happy about them! They're prices are high for those prices the quality of the food don't make sense! I don't eat soul food often, so when I do I'm expecting for it to dance in my mouth. Waste of money!

Hey sweetie pies I love your food, I would love for you guys to open a location in Vegas. The food is Great service is Amazing

Bbq is great whenever you can get it , but say we sat in line for 2 hrs for 4 pieces of chicken , I loved the food but unless the service time isn't changed I won't go back , pitty because the ribs were great

Sweetie pies is a fantastic soul food restaurant,but the owner needs to stop by sometimes, They are way to slow, and also one of the employees a black American heavy set guy that wears a head scarf looks dirty in my opinion. The stereotypical ghetto loud mouth black man. She needs to hite more intelligent people.

That was the worst food I ever had. The service was lousy.The prices were way too high. I used to look forward to seeing that show.Never going again. Ms.Robbie you need some more better cooks because the ones you have at that location will make you lose business and money.

I am from the south and was not impressed with sweetie pies chicken,mac and cheese,peach cobbler was just ok,tea too sweet,and I do not like the way they put their chicken to go in a bag for the price you pay it should be in a to go plate.

Most black folks in Los Angeles will not be traveling all the way to North Hollywood to eat at Sweetie Pie's. To bad the resturant was not in an area in Los Angeles where we are a multi culture people and love soul food. Soul food restaurants do well in Los Angeles and we don't mind paying $20.00 up. Giving 3 stars only because of location. Sure the food is good.

My husband and I live in California's Bay Area. As we planned to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, we chose to go to Burbank/Hollywood so that we could dine at Sweetie Pie's. We watch the show (Welcome to Sweetie Pie's on the Oprah Winfrey Network) and were elated to hear that a location is opening here in Cali. Both of us are from the South and we cook good soul food, so we were very excited to try items on Ms. Robbie's menu.



Our first trip was for lunch on July 10. We were third in line to place our order and once we were seated inside, our meals arrived within 5 mins. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the best fried catfish we've tasted on the West coast. The green beans and macaroni & cheese were soooo good. My husband raved about the sweet tea and banana pudding so much that we went back on Saturday to get more pudding plus peach cobbler and fried chicken. We arrived and got in line at 5:45 PM. This time, with about 15 people in line ahead of us, we had to wait 30 mins before placing our order. As we were in line, we talked about how good it would have been to be able to place our order and pay online, then pick up our delicious meals to go. We enjoyed Sweetie Pie's as part of our anniversary celebration :-) Thank you for bringing Sweetie Pie's to the West Coast. I can easily see that you may need a larger (or second) location soon!!!

The food was good just a little too pricey for Soulfood.

I love soul food too and was very excited to be going. We have been waiting for so long.

Sorry, no smoked chicken, no fountain drinks, lemonade tasted like sugar water.

Fried fish left me sayin' "Where's the fish?... mostly cornmeal one eighth to a quarter inch where there was fish.

miss robbie food was just what i expected catfish,slow cooked greens and mac &cheese balls were out of this world i think they are going to be okay here in calif got to talk to miss robbie she is a doll baby only one thing parking but they will get that together i am sure go miss robbie and tim she name the place after her grandbaby how cute

Sweetie Pies, delivered all of my expectations. The fried chicken, green beans, Mac n cheese, and banana pudding was delicious. All of the staff were very personable considering being open for only two days. The service was great. Miss Robbie is a doll beautiful on the inside and out. Tim, Charles, Jasmine, Quientin, & Chloe were great. Thank you Miss Robbie and Tim. Congratulations.
