Del Taco

Normally, this place does alright for a fast food place. I've only gotten food in the drive thru. Typically, the customer service is decent and the food isn't too bad... However, the last few times I was there my chicken tacos had like a teaspoon of chicken. I didn't order a lettuce taco, but it might as well have been one. Usually I excuse it cause I'm there during rush hour. But last time there was nobody there. They just skimped out!! ...The thing that REALLY repulsed me is that when I ordered fries the cashier (who had gloves on) got them for me. But the thing is, he had the gloves on when I gave him my money, and had the SAME gloves on getting my fries. I don't know if this always happens, but I won't be returning to find out. I wish I said something instead of just not eating the fries. But I have a hard time complaining to people face to face... I'll just go elsewhere to get my quick fast food fix.

Cindy gave me an atrocious customer service eighty-sixing my friend and I while grinning and giving us a "sorry you loose, get out of here" attitude. She wouldn't even listen when I was trying to explain; all she did is cut me short and stone walling two customers at the same time. I'm a contributor to a complaint free world, and I do not mean to complain, however, I surmise, If this is what del taco promotes I'm gonna have to say good bye to Double Dels. My friend and I used to love Del Taco prior to this experience. You simply can't trust these kind of individual's service! I'm pretty sure they handle the food with as much care as customers they serve it to. It's the second time I'm having a problem with the same retarded acting girl. To make the long story short, I do not recommend Del Taco, at least this particular branch because of Cindy and her manager Ricky who simply broke his promise.
