Opened in 1953, Arminta Street Elementary School is a Title 1 school that serves more than 800 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers classes in health and physical education. Arminta Street Elementary School conducts a variety of activities for parents that include arts and crafts and prekindergarten parenting classes.
