Al's Discount Furniture

Do not buy from these scam artists. They sold me a couch which on the showroom was comfortable, but what they delivered to my house was definitely not the same product I agreed to buy. It was the same model, but the couch cushions they used were completely different - they were made out of a much CHEAPER quality and HARD AS A ROCK. I called them about this so they can make it right, and the old man that owns the company was extremely rude to me and was not happy to help - terrible customer service. Reluctantly, he said that he would switch out the cushions with a softer higher quality foam. A week later they picked up my cushions (leaving me WITHOUT couch cushions for almost a MONTH when they said it would be only a week). When the cushions came back, i really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they fixed it... but THEY WERE EXACTLY THE SAME. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY CUSHIONS EXCEPT TAKE OUT SOME OF THE FOAM. THEY ARE STILL HARD AS A ROCK, THE CUSHIONS FALL OUT OF THE COUCH AND THIS COUCH IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF $1200 EVER. NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS.

Worse store to buy at! Don't buy anything at Al's Discount Furniture. I bought a couch that had problems. They said no problem we'll take care of the problem then they dragged me around for 2 months saying it's not ready yet and the problem was never fixed!!!

Trust me don't buy anything there!!!

Do not go there!

1. You can not shop there if you have a baby in a stroller!! Aisle are so narrow, you can not push your stroller through.

2. Store is so packed, it is a Firehazard.

3.If you select something on their website and email them, they never reply.

4. My husband droped his Blackberry and one of the sales guy took it soo quick and put it in his pocket, just as well I saw it happening and was able to get it back!

Our sales person was really rude to me, he made degrading coments about me. Also, they sell you staff, but never correct the problem if you have any! They will wait to deliver your furniture after the dedline, so when you get your faulty furniture, you can't return it, because it was after the dedline. They are CROOKS!

I bought a daybed and mattress from the Woodland Hills store. The price was cheaper than other places I shopped. I had trouble with the first mattress--I thought it was too soft. After living with it for several months, I took it back to the store. They exchanged it for a better one with no problem.
