The Ridge at McClellan Apartments

I moved in here in july 2015 and when i signed my lease agreement there was nothin staying about parkin passes ,or parking ,so in September i got a notice on my door sayin that they were going to have parkin passes the ending of sep and the beging of octorder then put another notice say that they parkin passed was in but they wouldn't b given them out tell oct .. So today i pull up .. Get out my car nd go in my house nd come bck to my car begin gone she gad my car get towed so i went in her office and said you had someone tow my car and she like idk who they towd .. But then ask me did i get a parkin pass bkuz today was the last day witch is 10/9/2015 at 12:05 pm .. Nd her office dnt close tell 5 pm .. Tell me she outta pocket .. Im moving and believe me she getting took to small claim court

Horrible. I move in and at first it's nice but two weeks later I see roaches 20-30 a night. My doors fall off, cabinets fall off. I can hear EVERYTHING from the apartments next to me. Bugs are all over this place. A neighbor of mine moved in and the first week there was literally 1000 roaches on her patio and inside. Raid is waaay better than the exterminators. They tell you none of this and then you are stuck in the lease. People smoke everywhere. Inside and out. Police are here everyday. People in the staff stole everything in a tenants house when she was gone for a few days. Tenants rob tenants. Nobody delivers here because people rob themIts just horrible. The list goes on. Oh and to do laundry you have to put money on a card and the only way to do that is by credit or debit. So stupid.

I agree with Monica. Priscila not Patrica is nice but Jessica is rude, lazy and just as ghetto as this place. Rent is higher then other places because they charge $50 for utilities after rent. The hallways 90% of the time smell like weed. Guys walking around with pit bulls with chains for leashes, drinking cough syrup with a side of soda, domestic issues all the time, fire alarms always going off, trash everywhere, kids out of control bulling tenants and if you complain they ignore you or say why don't you call security not the cops so we can fix this issue (they don't care). Warm weather is the worst. They have lost paper work, claim they never got maintenance reports and now seem to be giving out inspection notices dated 2 days before they post them on your door. (gonna assume Jessica was to tired to walk so she didn't do her job like she was suppose to and they were put up last min) Employees complain owner refuses to fix things even tho he can afford too and tells them to just get by with minimum. This is not a family place, and if you live here keep protection on you.

it appears decent due to the new paint and new name change but its all a shame trust me. patrica he office manager is ok but her asstant jessica is very rude. and there friends so she gets away with it. the neibors are ghetto , loud and always fighting or making loud noises. i moved her with my sister and signed a yr.lease and began noticing the problems with in a few days. its horrible and i dont recommand it. no way not this place its a scam

The are very clean and very homie> I loved this place the first time I saw it. Not just anyone can come to your front door and for me that means alot. They ladys are wonderful and very understanding. Just remember they are bust and will get to you when they can. I really look forward to seeing everyone there! Oh and lets swim@
