Best American Tire and Wheel

I purchased a set of 4 dunlop tires from this store it seemed like a good deal at the time until a few months later when my  fellow Co worker noticed the weird wearing on one of my tires. when I took it back to the store to get a replacement for a clear warranty defect the manager stated it's from my shocks. .I mentioned the shocks were changed before I even had purchased the new tires. none of the other tires show the same wear. the area that is too shallow is the water groove channels on the tire. they are a 1/4 inch lower than the center and outer channels. yet there's no clear wear on the inner outer toe of the tire to show wearing  from  my shocks. the point is they were making excuses to not replace a clear defect in a product they sell. and loose a customer / customers. don't sell the product if you won't stand by it. I will be contacting the better business bureau

Great customer service, I was really pleased with the quick service and great price.

A friend of mine refers me to their shop and I found them honest and reasonable. I visited there other stores and found them alike, I feel they are not like other repair centers which are misleading customers.

This is my third visit to them and I had referred them to all my friends and family and whoever visit them they seems pretty satisfied.

The cost to replace it was reasonably low.

I will definitely be coming back to this place for future tire repairs/replacements.

Bad Customer Service. Avoid at all cost.

Very satisfied with their service and will recommend they they are honest not like others robbing.

I purchased four expensive truck tires less than a month after a complete front end rebuild and alignment. The young man there told me they were guaranteed 60,000 miles. Fast forward 10 months and both front tires are worn out in the middle, not the edges, with cupping that makes a tremendous racket and vibrates the steering wheel.



On the first visit for repair he told me that he needed the paperwork for repairs and shocks before he can change them. We agreed on a better quality tire, Bridgestone, for the difference between prices and to do the job the next Wednesday.



On Wednesday I took off work early to get the replacement tires as agreed but the guy wasn't in. The office told me they'd call back in a half hour. An hour later, without return call, I called again. No answer. A half hour later, no answer. Finally at 4pm someone answered and told me that they couldn't replace them because I didn't give them paperwork on the shocks. It's there, they just didn't read the entire 7 page .pdf scan. They said they didn't have the email and it would have to wait for "Victor."



Finally contacting Victor, after argument by phone he agreed to honor the warranty so I drove an hour to his shop after being told that he had the replacement tires we'd agreed upon. When I arrived they were not the tires we'd agreed on but a lesser quality with only 6 plies rather than the 10 plies discussed. Nor could he get them today, I'd have to lose another half day's work. Then he demanded another $270-some on top of the failed tires I'd already paid for! Bait & switch, don't trust these people!!!



These delaying tactics cost me income. The tires originally sold are junk. They will not honor their waranty and send you on wild goose chases. When caught in lies they bluster and threaten, ask rhetorical questions and argue that my perfectly aligned truck and new shock absorbers are at fault.



Do not patronize these crooks.

I am one of those people whose primary concern is typically "who has the lowest price?" 2 years ago I ended up at American Tires. Since the first time I went there (2 years ago) I haven't wanted to go anywhere else to buy my tires. The staff was very courteous and so friendly. They were frank with me when giving me information on what would be the best fit for my price range and needs. I really felt like I could trust them and that they weren't just trying to get me to spend needlessly. And they are just as courteous when I go in to get the free maintenance done on my tires too!

Great place, great staff, great prices! Fantastic service, helpful, courteous, and experienced staff on hand. They dont try to rob you like other shop in sacramento and North Highland area.I will recommand every one to give them a try. Cheers

I would like to share my experience with Best American Tire & Wheels, I visit them last year to change four tires on my Mercedes Benz they give me the best price in town and more over the offer me 50% off on Alignment. I recently visit them again for my other Honda Accord they change all four tires also give me same 50% off on Alignment which same me $40 right there and price of four tires were $175 less than other shops in town. I am extremely satisfied with their services they are very quick very supportive. I will recommend them and give them 5***** rating for their quick service, best dealing and price.
