I purchased a used Kenmore Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer from Appliance Outlet on April 4, 2010. Everything works great except the Icemaker Dispenser does not work. I called the owner (Max) immediately and spoke with him several times since about the issue and he said he is ordering the parts and will come out to the house to fix it. Well, now it is Oct, 2010 and after at least a half dozen phone calls, he will no longer return my phone calls and has not fixed the Icemaker yet. He advertises and promised a 6-month warranty to Repair or Replace the appliance and has yet to live up to that warranty.



I would NOT recommend doing business with Appliance Outlet because they do NOT back their warranty and have unresponsive customer service.

They have been promising us a part to fix a stove we bought in 06 and still have not made good on it. They did recommend that we come in every week to see if we like a different stove but I feel they should do the work not us. Not very good service!
