Abrams Service Station

I've used this repair shop numerous times and always been very satisfied with results. I never feel overcharged and the source of the problem found is fixed everytime. Sometimes busy because they provide good quality work.

I had some electrical problems with one of my vehicles and Abrams was recommended to me by a friend. So, I made an appointment (for two weeks from when I called - busy time I guess). No specific time was given for me to drop off, I was told to "just drop it off in the morning". So, I did just that, but when I got there one of the mechanics said, "Oh, I didn't think you were coming, so I put someone else in your spot...I won't be able to look at it until this afternoon." Ok, fine. Two days go by, and I hear nothing on the status. Good thing my husband was able to take & pick me up from work. Finally, I had my husband call (on the 3rd day) to find out what was going on. They had the car over the weekend and for 3 week days! On top of that, my husband had to hint to them what he thought was wrong with the vehicle and BINGO! That's when they found the problem. They did fix the problem, but should've paid my husband instead of us paying them! My advice, find another repair shop.
