Banfield Pet Hospital

I take my 3 pets, Lola, Kasper and Bella to Banfield in North Canton. I am on the Wellness Plan and the plan is great. The staff is great. I see Dr. Raj. He and staff take superior care of my pets. With three pets, they always need care. Banfield can get me in the same day I call. I am very happy with the care that my 'family members' receive. Thanks North Canton Banfield for offering excellent, loving care.

Do not go here . I signed up for the wellness plan and renewed it after the first year.



The chief of staff left and they got a few new personel. I had a horrible experience when my Sammy went to get his teeth cleaned.



They had the wrong collar and dog tags on him and did not let me know that they had taken his blood thru his jugular vein. He is a furry dog so I didn't notice. . When Sammy kept crying when I put on his collar I noticed a big red mark under his neck and his coller was making it worse. I called them about this and told them I would never bring Sammy back. I still don't know why they didn't let me know they had to take his blood thru his jugular vien. If I would have known this I would not have put his collar on him,. They also shaved both his legs because the couldn't get an IV in the first leg they shaved.



The place has went down hill since Dr. Jellison has left. If you love your animal think before you take them to banfield for anything other than routine shots.
